FRAU, Miguel E., age 71, of Tampa, passed away November 30, 2011 surrounded by his loving family. A native of Las Villas, Cuba, and longtime resident of Tampa, Mr. Frau was a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Army, a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, and was in the Banking business in Tampa for many years. Preceded in death by his parents, Antonio Frau and Josefa Pacheco Frau, he is survived by his loving family, wife, Elsa P. Frau; daughters, Amisel Frau, Mitchelle Frau Guerrero, and Elizabeth Frau; grandchildren, Alejandro, Gabriel, Sebastian, Juliana, Christopher, and Michael; brother, Jose Antonio Frau; sisters, Adelfa Frau, Isel Frau-Vega, and Teresa Frau; and many loving nieces, nephews, and other loving family members. A Funeral Mass will be offered for the repose of his soul, Saturday afternoon, December 3, at 1:30 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 5225 N. Himes Ave., with the Rev. Father Thomas Morgan, Pastor, and Monsignor Laurence E. Higgins, P.A., Pastor Emeritus, officiating. Interment will follow in Myrtle Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends, Friday evening, December 2, from 7:00 pm until 10:00 pm at the chapel of JGR Funeral Home, 6718 N. Armenia Ave., Tampa.
